Talon is made up of four lesbians: MK, Mara, Zena, and Lauren — best friends who write headbangers in a Williamsburg basement. Their songs consider the joy, pain, and chaos of queer life in post-pandemic Brooklyn. Their sound pulls from indie rock, grunge, punk, and pop – heaving inspired by acts like Hole, the Breeders, Momma + Mannequin Pussy.
