Disposable Planet

Disposable Planet is a solo music project by New Jersey-born artist, writer, musician and filmmaker Brett Molé. He makes chiptune and hardware tracker music with a Nintendo Game Boy and a Dirtywave M8 Tracker. Embrace the weirdness. Tracker chiptunes to divert the Evil Eye. PROBLEMS

My name is Darren Keen. I am from Chicago and I do the one person band called PROBLEMS.   

PROBLEMS Has toured Europe, New Zealand, and America extensively. I have opened for Peaches, Dan Deacon, Pile, death's dynamic shroud, Mezerg, Getdown Services, Lightning Bolt, Wolf Eyes, Plack Blague, and many others. I have played at Meow Wolf in Denver, and several fests including Camp A Low Hum (NZ), Laektro (DK), No Coast Fest (TX), UIUI Fest (Amsterdam) and the Petfest and Lincoln Calling fests in Nebraska.   

The 12” LP “Enter The Annals” was released 2024 on The Record Machine, and is now sold out. New LP "PROBLEMS GETTING HARD" will be released April 2026. I have previously worked with Orange Milk Records and Geertruida (NL).    

I make composer driven electronic music with live vocals that is sometimes very fun and is sometimes very beautiful and is always interesting. I like singing about dogs, glue, and nuts. My new record is about getting jacked during the era of buy now pay later schemes and online banking.
